As some of you may be aware we have been looking to make booking your children into FISH breakfast, after school, and holiday clubs easier and earlier this year we told many parents that we will be introducing a new online booking system. We are please to announce that Ayrmer Software Limited based in Heathfield Newton Abbot will be developing the system for us.
The development of our bespoke system will allow you to not only book and pay for sessions securely using visa, debit, credit cards and childcare vouchers. Parents will also be able to view sessions they have booked online throughout the year and print off a statement for these sessions for working family tax credits and student finance grants.
Because the system is new parents will have to register there children’s detail again, but once this is done you will be able to update these easily online and your booking experience should be quicker and easier!
During the next few months we will be testing the system and putting it through its paces we will be asking some parents to trial the system and give us feedback before we launch the system ready to take booking for the October Half Term.

ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM COMING SOON!!
We will soon be able to take booking online, this new system will launch during the winter, and parents will be able to book spaces for the breakfast, after school, and holidays clubs using our new system.
